omgg, YUMMMM (: I kind of had low expectations for this hot wing place, because the other other hot wing place that I have been to back in CA (Alondra's Hot Wings) wasn't too memorable. I thought these guys were just going to coat wholesale Tyson chicken wings, but I was soooo wrong. Bf and I came in here on a Sunday around noontime. The place was packed with people wearing jerseys enjoying their food. At first, I almost got discouraged because of the crowd. We were told that the wait would be 15 minutes, but after about 3 minutes, we were already seated. Yay! There were flat plasma TVs on just about every angle with every game going on. I loved how lively it was :) Seemed like everyone was having a good time so naturally it'd make my experience here more enjoyable, too. Apparently on sport days or Sundays (? whichever it is), there's a special where you can order an appetizer+8 wings+drink+dessert= $15!! omg yessssss haha, so I ordered queso chili fries+ 8 boneless wings (4 Mango Habanero&4 Parmesan Garlic)+fountain drink+NY cheesecake w/ raspberry syrup. The queso chili fries were realllly good haha. I couldn't finish it though because the portions were kinda big. Mango Habanero was reallllly goooood. It almost reminds me of orange chicken haha. You get the sweet taste and the spicy taste, but be warned that it's quite spicy. I couldn't eat it after 2 pieces. I sampled the Asian Zing flavor that bf had. The flavors were very mild on his, nothing too strong. The Parmesan Garlic was my faveeeeeee. Dipped in ranch, it was ohh so gooood. I love the texture and quality of the meat :) yumyumm, I'm going back to CA to find this franchise hahah Our waiter was very veryyyyyyyy attentive. She got to refilling my cup as soon as I was done to the last drop. I never really had to flag her down, and she wanted to be assured that we were satisfied : ) lovely service.

this location, is a huge step-up from the BWW i've been to in Orlando. There are so many tables, so much room and wall-to-wall televisions...exactly what i always envisioned this restaurant to look like. Another bonus was how well kept this place was. Very clean and organized decor unlike that of Fridays where the decor can be a little overwelming. of course i ordered the traditional wings with mild sauce and a frozen margarita. both were great. i kick myself for not remembering our servers name but he was very patient, concerning, and courteous. he always made sure we had everything we needed and went out of his way to give us extra attention which is very rare for a sports bar.

Very busy during spring break. Servers were polite but slow. Overall the food was decent but nothing exceptional.

If I'm at Pier Park and my stomach's a rumblin', there's a good chance I'll go to Five Guys or Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm a big fan of this place and I've eaten at this location many times. If you've never been, this is pretty much just a chicken wing place that has a wide variety of sauces. They have sauces that appease those looking for a five alarm experience, and those looking for no heat at all. If you can handle a little spice, I highly reccommend the Mango Habanero wing sauce. It's got the best heat / flavor combination, in my opinion. My second favorite is Asian Zing. My wife really enjoys the Parmesan Garlic, and it seems to be a big favorite. They do have a lunch menu, but don't expect them to be too speedy. The combos seem to be a good deal, though. If you're a beer fan, you'll find they have a large selection on tap here. They also carry one of my favorite brews, Sweetwater. (Blue and 420 only) The make a black and blue here that is mighty tasty; half Guinness and half Sweetwater blue. It's way better than those made of Blue Moon. This place also has lots of TVs with sports and trivia. They usually have a few screens of Texas hold'em going that you play with the NTN remotes. Bottom line: This is a great option for a family at Pier Park as they have pretty much something for everybody.

The wings and potato wedges here are very, very good and so was our server, Aeric. He was a bit bombarded with large tables (besides ours), but he still managed to keep us happy! He even made some menu suggestions, which i really like. My husband said that he thinks Buffalo Wild Wings is his new favorite restaurant. I'm not so sure about that... but we'll definitely be back.

Called to speak with manager about what we had eaten. He said they were aware of the catamanation issue and it had been contained. Mean while 2 other couples and 1 other family show up at the hospital. All sick and throwing up. The manager has the nerve to tell me "Let me see what I can do" after being on hold for 23 min. He said ill refund what they had to eat. SERIOUSLY ?? I have never in my life been through anything like this before. Totally unbelievable. I'm seriously going to contact an attorney. CUSTOMER BEWARE: It seemed like everyone working there would have rather been anywhere but there they were all walking around as if they hated their jobs. The tall skinny VERY RUDE manager has a big time attitude problem. We were the ones who should be having the attitude. Another thing if your employees are going to be behind your establishment smoking they should show a little more tact and not be picking their nose. For everyone to record with there iphone.

Great service. I had the regular wings, hot... and unlike most places, when they say hot, they mean it! Hot, like you're gonna be sweating, hot. I also tried the salt and vinegar seasoned wings, which were good. If you have 4 or more people, I recommend the "tower" of draft beer, it's about 5 liters and is a much better deal if you have a group of people. The second time I came back, I tried the Parmesean garlic wings and loved it. I also decided to be brave and try the Mango habanero flavor, which is a step up from the hot. It has great flavor, but expect your mouth to be on fire. The atmosphere I was not crazy about. There is entirely too much lighting. There are a tv's covering every square inch of wall, so if you can't find the sports channel you're looking for in there, it doesn't exist.

Love this place! Good prices on food, lots of beer choices, great service, and lots of tv's all over the place! I have been here many times and everything is consistently good! Top Notch!

Place looks colossal from the outside but once you get in its not real big. This whole Pier Park area is to be avoided in the summertime, I've figured out. Slammed with tourists. The hostess and staff were all excellent, they just couldn't keep up. Our water was superb, just overwhelmed. Food took forever and had clearly been sitting in the window too long. There seemed to be empty tables everytime you looked, they just didn't turn them quick enough. I guess people love to eat out on vacation. Me? I'd rather stay home next time and make spaghetti!

#worstserviceever 50 minutes and still no food. Wth??? Had to ask the waitress for our drinks 20 minutes into our visit and 30 minutes later, still no food.

The food was cooked really fast and served hot. Server was very attentive and kept up with all the drink refills constantly. Excellent service and good quality food. Have eaten at many of these and this was by far the best.

My husband loves this place and not just for the sports. We go often and the wings are outstanding. They do get very busy and staff is hard to keep there due to that but they have always done great at getting our order and accommodating our needs.

Food was great. Service was not. Had dinner on a saturday night, not too many people in the restaurant but our food took quite a while. For a simple cheese burger and 5 wings, we waited a long time. When we were ready to pay, we went up to the front but two employees who were chatting with each other and told us we can only pay our server. Okay. Well, we couldnt find our server anyway so we walked around the restaurant with our payment in our hands waiting to be helped by ANYONE. Nothing. Finally one of the two employees who were chatting it up earlier got our server. Didnt apologize for the wait. Simply said to sign our copy and walked away from us. The service we received tonight was poor, but the food was good, but I wouldnt want to eat here again because of our experience.

Food was great. Sat in bar area. Server was great! My wife really enjoyed it. Place was noisy which was to be expected. The wait time was about 30 minutes and they didn't have enough servers. So our server was overextended but she kept a great attitude.

Went in here today after a long day of scuba diving! It was pretty busy but there was no wait. Our waitress took great care of us even though she rang in my side salad as a Caesar and messed up on my boyfriends wings. I just can't get excited about their food. The wing sauce is just sub par, I would most defiantly rather go to hooters. Wasn't bad, wasn't super great just good.

It's BW3's ... do I need to say any more. Great service every time we come here. Great beers and great wings. We love thier new sauces that they come out with.

  • Chris B.

Chicken, Beer and Sports!!! About 30 beers on tap and about 40 more to choose from by the bottle. They have probably the best beer selection out of anyone in Pier Park. Theres a huge bar area with plenty of pub style tables surrounding you by about 40 TV's. For all the games and all the PPV's this is the spot to be. If you don't want to be in the center of all the madness theres a good size dinning area with table and booths. Im generally not a fan of boneless wings at all but BWW is the exception and with all the difference sauces it just gets better and better. I like the Caribbean Jerk sauce the best. If you love chicken, beer and sports (and who doesn't) then this is the spot to be.

Went there between lunch and dinner when it's normally pretty slow. Our waitress was very nice and helped my friends with some yummy wing recommendations. She was friendly and very accommodating. We went on a Thursday so prices were also dirt cheap. Great overall experience.

Sadness, understand it's busy but they really need to have enough staff to equal the amount of tables they had open.. Come on guys. Prepare for your rushes better. Wanted to sit outside as there was 100% open seating but told us it would be a 45min wait for two people... Sad for us, we are locals and come here all the time but today we had to walk out with our money and empty bellies cause we couldn't sit outside (which we didn't mind waiting) we just wanted to sit down and have a drink before we are... Sadness!!! Hostess was sweet but didn't seem to know what was going on.. Also was distracted by one girl who kept coming up with piercings all over her face! Come on management.

Service is crap, when she finally comes to the table she acts like we're bugging her. Chipotle Cherry Sting....gone they don't have any.

The chicken tasted like a well cooked fish. They took their time getting my Salad just perfect. It came out last, probably cause it was getting fish infused. I've been to this one several times and have always assumed that it must be self serve but the drink station is well hidden. Any BWW I've been too has always been a beautiful chaotic mess.

I have been a Buffalo Wild Wings customer and lover for years and struggled with writing this review. I have spoken to servers, managers and even filled out 2 comment cards with no response regarding this sub par location. 1. This place is always dirty. From the bathrooms to the eating areas. 2. The staff could not care less about your experience as indicated by my statement above. During one experience, "Bama" the bartender was more concerned with eating lunch at the end of the bar than helping me as a customer. When she did inquire it was with a mouth full of food and attitude. Not to mention the other pile of employees eating at the nearby tables. 3. As a customer, I hate to be "nickel and dimed". I get blazin wings every time I go. All of the sudden they are skimping with the sauce. They came out with little to no sauce. When I asked that they respin them, it showed up on my bill as an extra charge. To add insult to injury the manager refused to remove the fee. NOTE: if you own a wing restaurant, you should build in the cost of blue cheese and ranch. Then there would be no need to charge extra for one more. 4. What the hell does "at least 5" or "at least 10 wings" mean? Are you giving wings away back there? Maybe I will get 9 with my order of at least 5. Have chickens gone up in price so much that you have to weigh each wing? These are wings..... Not ahi tuna! 5. Wings at this restaurant are fried and should be crispy. At this location they come out slimed and undercooked. I have had to resort to ordering them extra extra extra extra extra crispy and hope they come out right. 6. If you are going to run a nationwide special like a unique sauce, you may want to order enough. I went in last week and they were out of 2 of the 3 unique sauces. In addition, no wet naps! Are you kidding? And, for the first time ever, I was told by the hostess that I could not seat myself at a bar table. Those are seated by the hostess even when only 5 of the 30 or so tables are occupied. Overall, I would give this location (and overall franchise which has locations from here to pensacola) one star only because the beer is always cold and fresh. What a shame these locations are ruining the great name and reputation. Maybe the management will see this review and make some changes. Doubtful.

So I never been here before....but it may be one of my new favorite places!!!! Sports, Wings, and burgers is like all a Southern girl needs in life, right? Walked in staff had on jerseys for all the different teams playing today! When I saw a staff member in Saints gear, plus patrons as well I knew I was in the right place to eat!!! Televisions all over, with signs telling you which game is playing on each television, I could literally watch every game!!! EVERY GAME. It was like Football overload, but loved every minute of it. The Burgers! I had this burger with pulled pork and onion rings on top!!! I mean it was huge and probably one of the best burgers I ever had. So tasty. The wings were great to and spicy, the rest of my group was ready to dance from those wings. The food came out fast for us hungry souls. The staff was great! So fun and dancing around, it was truly a cool experience. I wish there was one of these in New Orleans. Please Please put one in New Orleans. The set up was cool and positioned just right to have enough space for as many people as possible coming out for different games. I love that it's in Pier Park, what a neat set up. Shop, eat, watch sports= The Life

Loud place, the only good thing are their wings. I ordered the Thai curry wings and it was super salty. I've never really cared for BW3, I only come here when the group I am with wants to grub on some chicken wings. Call me weird, I'm just not a fan of wings or watching any games here, I rather go somewhere else. This place is just too freaking loud. On game nights it gets super packed so be prepared to wait.

We went on a Wednesday, so boneless wings were only .60 cent each. It was pretty packed so we got a small table next to the wall. Our server was nice. Didn't have much to say, but like I said, it was busy. Typical wing spot. We didn't really like the jerk wings, but lemon pepper and honey BBQ were both great.

Horrible service and got order wrong after we waited for 30-40 minutes for our food to come out. This is the second time we have had bad service at this particular location. It's also the last time we get bad service there because we won't go back.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we couldn't tell which door we were supposed to be going through. Coming from the Dave and Buster's parking lot, we decided to pass the first door, as it appeared to be the exit. Going through the set of double doors, we were met with an onslaught of chaos, making both me and my guest a bit overwhelmed. Had I not already been "committed" to go, I would've turned around, at the entry, and gone elsewhere. Once inside, I could not tell where to go to add my name to the wait list. Asking the first staff member that seemed willing/able to talk, I found that the separate "section" - right in the doorway/lobby/waiting area was designated for takeout ordering only (if only!!). It seemed that I was not alone in not knowing where to check in; asking around, other patrons didn't know either. The waiting area was so packed with people - I accidentally knocked over the Dos Equis cardboard cut-out/stand-up with my purse, while waiting in line. This act seemed a blessing in disguise, as there wasn't enough room for "real people" to get in and out, so the addition of cardboard people to the mix, seemed only to torture "the living", by taking up precious lobby space. Sarah served as the "hostess", greeting guests and signing them in "digitally", which I liked - and was a first for me. We were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait, but only waited 10 minutes. We were able to shop while waiting for our table, since they sent you a text when it became available. It took around thirteen minutes from being seated, to when our server, Kalob, took our order. He apologized for the wait, brought our drinks within 3 minutes of our ordering them. He was very friendly, answering our questions thoroughly, and offering his opinion on items. Upon 18 minutes of our seating, our appetizers were delivered. My companion burned herself so badly upon biting into the mushroom, that she was in agony throughout the meal (and well into the next day) and spent a good ten minutes icing her lip. Some avid fried mushroom fans may say "yeah, they're hot Einstein", but if it is your first time having them: A three second courtesy "reminder" to the patron, would have been nice, although not necessary. I believe this courtesy should be a given, as due respect and consideration towards the patron. (FYI BWW: Simply courtesies go a long way.) The Korean BBQ boneless chicken - in no way, resembles what they advertise it to be. Putting aside the fact that these were basically chicken "nuggets" the size of tator tots - nowhere near in size (not a "wing") or quantity of what should have been given, based on the exorbitant price. As a side note: I am Korean, and the little sticky, syrupy, balls of chicken turd that they served me - also - in no way resembled anything remotely Korean (let alone, anything that a Korean would eat, for that matter). A majority of the time, we had to flag down Kalob whenever we needed him. He seemed so busy, just being given a table of eight, after our arrival. Around minute 35, our buffalo chicken "replacement" was brought to our table. Equal in size, quantity, and quality as the Korean BBQ that they were replacing. After our one bite, to check if it were edible - we just left them at the table, and ending up eating (between the both of us) 2 pieces of fried mushroom, 2 pieces of Korean BBQ chicken (although it was immediately spat out) and 2 pieces of salt encrusted Buffalo chicken (also spat out). Having to spend half of my meal with some strange man's butt in my face (he was waiting in line IN my dance space) and wanting to end the nightmare - after 45 minutes, Kalob came by (on his own/without our desperate pleas for assistance) to see if we were ok. By this time we were evidently done with our "meal", and asked for the check. With the table of 8, long gone - it was annoying to find that Kalob was nowhere to be seen. After ten more minutes of waiting, I asked for the check again, and to speak to a manager. The check arrived, seconds before the manager, at which time I noticed, they charged me for the chicken that I sent back to the kitchen. He apologized for the error and said that he would adjust the bill. The manager (Josh) brought back the corrected check, after which Kalob came to the table and apologized for the error. I also wanted to take this opportunity to bring the unsanitary state of the bathrooms to the manager attention (like people were having wet toilet paper fights all day). Josh said that someone had just mentioned it (gesturing to this earpiece), and was in the process of cleaning it up. Prior to leaving the restaurant, I checked the restrooms again, and they were still the same as when I entered it the first time: T-P Central. I could go on, but feel too much time has already been spent... I just want to save other people from this same horrific experience. ATMOSPHERE: 0/5 SERVICE: 1/5 CLEANLINESS: 0/5 FOOD QUALITY: 0/5 FOOD QUANTITY vs PRICE: 0/5

The greatest place for burger and fries and sports! My husband and I shared the Big Daddy Jack burger, it comes with BBQ pork and all the fixings on top that you could want included in that is a couple of onion rings! the bun is nice and soft almost like a dinner roll. We also get the naked wings with one of the sweet and spicy BBQ sauces. Along with this we get potato wedges and a side of onion rings with their spicy dipping sauce. They are the best! The service was fast and friendly and food was served hot!! We will go back often..They serve it up right!

6 months ago this place was great, now it's horrible. First off, we're the type of people that would rather give positive feedback vise negative but this experience was bad. My husband, 3 yr old, and myself got there before the dinner rush which was perfect. We got a table right away but noticed instantly the dirty floor and it wasn't just around our table...the entire place had food and trash pieces ALL over. I am NOT exaggerating! Our seats had food on them as well. The place wasn't packed and there was at least 5-7 waitstaff just standing around not doing anything to clean up. Our waitress was obviously upset with something because she could have cared less about anything. We first ordered our son's food with our drinks since we weren't ready to order. Thank God we did since it only took about 5 mins to get his food. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders were mostly fried batter, asked for fruit cup but was brought fries instead. The waitress fixed this but it obviously pissed her off more. Now, we treat people good, especially waiters so she had no reason to treat us poorly. At this point it's not a problem and we can deal with it all. When we ordered our food we waited OVER 40 mins. before finally getting our food. Again, this place was NOT packed. My burger was good but the fries were cold, my husband's wing seasoning (dry rub) was so caked on he was having to "wipe" off the seasoning with a napkin. We would have just let it all go but our waitress only checked on us once in the time of taking our order and bringing our food. We had had enough so my husband politely asked for a manager and POLITELY expressed our disappointment with the uncleanliness of "our" area and that the fries were cold. He didn't get time to explain anymore because the manager said he had just got there. COMPLETE LIE!!! We saw him when we first got there an hour before. He apologized for the floor and said he would get us new fries. He COMPLETELY missed the point. We just finished our food, paid the bill, and left. There was actually a lot more ridiculousness that happened while we were there but our personal experience was bad enough that I had to share. This place is DISGUSTING!!!

Was in the mood for some wings and beer. Seems a little pricey and wings we over cooked. Everything served on paper. But trust me they charge like it is on fine china. 39.00 for two people. Wings beer side of onion rings. I'll pass this place the next time. I think your paying for the location.

We went there to watch the USA soccer game.... I have never been in a restaurant that was that hot! It was miserable..... We had to leave before the game ended... I have no idea how they expect their employees to work when it's 8 million degrees!!

We needed somewhere to eat quickly before we went to the movies at Pier Park and even though it was Friday night we were seated and waited on quickly. I had the hot wings (Sis didn't think I could eat them but I did and I loved them) and Sis had the medium wings (just hot enough for her). They were crunchy and meaty just like we like them, and the blue cheese is very good, too! The restaurant was cool and we were needing a respite from the August heat. The servers were cheerful and friendly and expeditious. A friend had the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. It was a little spicy for her but I liked it.

Great place. Fast and friend service and you would be foolish to order anything but the wings with or without bones. Great family place or for large groups. They have BIG tvs for sports and trivia and poker played across the restaurant. Perfect location to see other venues in pier park before/after you visit.

We were starving and hungry for something fast. So, we opted to go here instead of any of the other restaurants that may have slower service. I'm so glad we did! Although I love wings, I hadn't had any in a long time. We ordered wings with thai sauce, wild sauce, and a medium sauce. Also ordered was a side of potato wedges. We couldn't get enough of the thai sauce! It was perfectly spicy (I love spicy food!), and so flavorful. Second winner was the wild sauce, just delicious! The medium was ok, but my husband wasn't in the mood for so much spiciness. The wedges was hot and fresh, really good. For a busy lunch day, service was fast and friendly. Great stuff!

This place used to be good and the staff was decent. Tonight, food was mediocre and the waitress (wearing a Dolphins jersey) was terrible. If they were slammed, I could understand slow service, but they were not slammed and had plenty of folks on the floor. No 'thank you', 'have a nice. day' or 'go to hades'...just slammed the bill down and then slammed the card down when she came back. Empty tea/soda glasses for over ten minutes (not good at a hotwing joint)....just a bad experience. We won't be back.

2.5 stars out of 5. Great beer selection. Little pricey but so is everything at Pier Park. Went on a Thursday night during football season and only had one bartender and she was slammed so she couldn't take care of the bar like she should. Waited 15 minutes just for a ranch dressing and by the time I got it food was cold. Even charged me 60 cents for it! So needless to say I doubt I will be back. Still looking for a good sports bar here at the beach.

My friends and I went out for some wings and beer. The wings were okay, but I was slightly disappointed with the taste and lack of 'crispiness.' We ordered an oreder of 24 wings and all they gave us was two very small portions of dip, then we had to pay for extra dip. The service wasn't great because our waitress was also the bartender for some reason and she spent most of her time up at the bar. Also, our appetizers came our with the main course instead of bringing it before. The beer was good, they put an ice bag in the mini draft pitcher to keep it cold, and gave us chilled glasses upon request. All in all in wasn't the best I've ever had, I'm going to try a different place next time I go down to PCB.

Yummy! This place was great. We have not been to a buffalo wild wings in over 5 years and we were not expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised! Our waitress, Shavon was excellent. She was very helpful with the menu. She brought out a few sauces to try so we could pick one for our wings. We signed up for the Scavenger app on our android phone and received a $5.00 off $25.00 Coupon which was nice! We showed the manager the coupon and she took the money off of our bill. We ordered wings with medium (Relatively mild sauce), Spicy Garlic and an Asian Sauce. All the sauces were wonderful. We also ordered a beer, diet coke and buffalo chips. Everything was great and the bill was not to much! I would recommend this place for people that like wings and a good night out. ***This place does have a military discount***
